Meet Our founder Robert Hrezo
Hrezo Engineering, Inc. was founded by Robert J. Hrezo, P.E., in 1983. After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1967, Robert became a licensed Professional Engineer in Indiana in 1974 and expanded his licensure to Kentucky and Ohio in 2003. As President of Hrezo Engineering, he continues to play an active role in leading the company alongside his son, Mike.
Continuing the Legacy
Engineering has always been at the heart of the Hrezo family. Following in his father's footsteps, Mike Hrezo earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in 1988 and began his career with Hrezo Engineering.
After gaining valuable industry experience with companies including Betz Process Chemicals, Baker Hughes, and Xytel Corporation, Mike returned to Hrezo Engineering in 2002 as a Project Manager. He was named Vice President in 2005 and continues to help lead the company today, bringing decades of engineering expertise and industry knowledge to every project.
Together, Robert and Mike represent a commitment to quality, integrity, and client-focused service that has guided Hrezo Engineering for more than four decades.

Expanding Our Expertise
Since opening our Greendale office in 1987, Hrezo Engineering has continued to expand its reach throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. In 2013, we opened a second office in Madison, Indiana, allowing us to better serve clients across Southeast Indiana and the surrounding region.
As the needs of our clients have evolved, so have our services. Today, Hrezo Engineering provides a wide range of engineering, design, inspection, and project support services for commercial, municipal, and industrial projects throughout the Tri-State area.
